Dozens of automobiles are parked along the narrow dirt path now called Medinah Road. The scene is from the Groundbreaking Day event, Tuesday, September 16, 1924. Buildings in the scene are on the Broker Farm with a forest of elms, hickories, thornapples, red hawes, crabapples, and giant oaks, some hundreds of years old on the surrounding grounds.
